After Sales

AFTER SALES SERVICE PACKAGE:  * After sales service starts after the warranty period ( 1 year) * After sales service will be provided by Catertrade technical team * After sales service will be provided as a visit on quarterly basis or whenever the client requests. Fee will be charged accordingly by visit * During the quarterly visit the technical team will inspect the major machine parts performance and ensure the unit is running with the manufacturer designed operation envelope. * Technical team will support for the MAJOR preventive maintenance services required as per the machine manual * The fee does not include any provision of parts or consumables, any material to be used will be charged accordingly * The after sales fee will be charged as 100$ per visit. ,
