Models RB11 and RB13 are table top breadslicers,their frontloading feature allows the machine to be placed with it back up against a wall, minimising the counter area required. It can be supplied as either 11mm or 13mm slice thickness specification, producing either medium or thick slices. The width of the slicing rack allows for large loaves up to 380mm. The machines cover, cutting assemblies and knives are manufactured from stainless steel.
