This Model has a 42 head available in 4 or 5 hp motors but it is also available in 32 head and the model 32 can be single or three phase. This heavy duty mincer is designed to mince 800 to 1000kg per hour and is fitted on castors so its easy to clean behind. As for the job of cleaning the mincer it could not be easier. The large pan lifts off (note the machine will not work when the pan is not in place for safety), then the stainless steel barrel, worm,ring,knife and plate can be washed in the sink.
